Meet Our founder
Jay Mccloud is the founder of Cloudnine Multifamily LLC, while investing in multifamily assets is a preference. Investing in various forms of real estate is the focus of C9MF. He runs multiple shaved ice franchises. Investing in real estate for the past 10 years has given him valuable experience in this space. In addition, Jay has also been in the nursing profession for over 20 years.
Jay has been creating strategic partnerships with real estate investors and operators which allows him the ability to connect both passive and active investors to both resources and qualified opportunities.
While there are some who believe in going alone. C9MF believes that more can be accomplished by investing together with partners. “Investing In Communities with You” is not just a slogan but our practice.
